A Link Between Vaccinations and Food Allergies?
I have always wondered about the connection between food allergies and vaccinations. It has always seemed to me that there should be a connection between the two since both subjects involve antibodies and the immune system. This article is incredibly enlightening on the subject. It only strengthens my suspicions! Why have there not been more studies on this subject??? I realize that vaccinations have helped to ward off serious diseases, but the thought of trading one epidemic for another does not make sense to me!

One more article on the possible vaccine allergy link.
I doubt the reduction in disease by vaccines would warrant the damage of causing so many allergic dz, asthma, etc...
Seems the only winner would be the big pharm.

Denise, thank you for the link. I found it very interesting.

Please don't parent with google. Large percentages of children dying is a bad thing, and there is no proven link between vaccines and allergies.
Kitch- I understand that a large percentage of children dying IS a bad thing, but are you implying that a small percentage is NOT? If there is a link between vaccinations and food allergies (or anything else, for that matter) we should know about it! At least that is how I feel as a parent.
The medical establishment (now fully controlled by big pharm, according to even the Lancet british medical journal) and the media that works for them are terrified that this one will get out of the bag.. Most of the studies done are done by vested interests, usually based on a previous assessment by vested interests. But the problem is too big now, with too much suffering so we need something truly independent. The only major changes to kids biochemistry over the last 40 years has been the ever increasing numbers of vaccines they "need" and the very strong correlation with hypersensitised immune systems over the same period - This hypersensitivity gives rise to asthma, skin rashes and all sorts of food allergies. The likelihood of this link being confirmed in due course is very high in my opinion. Childhood asthma correlates strongly with immunisation (albeit with an initial delay) as does adult asthma in the same people with Hep B immunisation for example.. So On the contrary - the internet is exactly where you should try to find out what big pharm and a poorly informed dull government medical reps are up to!
Thank you for this article. I've always had a question regarding that link. It has been what has made most sense to me.
